Fine Art Investment
We understand that purchasing fine art is an investment for life, and we want your experience with us to be perfect. Each of our prints is produced in-house, using an archival process and materials that will last generations. We cannot leave finishing details to on-screen simulations or check boxes next to photo samples. Any customization beyond a standard print and matte will be made by direct consultation with Vern. He likes to have a personal relationship with each valuable client. Please do not hesitate to call with questions.
What am I purchasing at this store?
When you complete your online checkout here, you will have purchased your print and a standard matte. Importantly, your online checkout also holds your place in the image preparation queue. Following your purchase, Vern will contact you to discuss framing options and other customization. Should you choose these options, they will be invoiced separately.
All prints automatically have a $35.00 shipping cost added to your shopping cart. Large orders may require additional shipping options, which will be discussed in consultation. As we hand-produce each of our prints, please keep in mind that it can be four to six weeks before you receive your order.
We can ship our prints to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We hand-produce every print; standard shipping can take four to six weeks from the time of your order to completed delivery. Thank you for your understanding!
We ship small, matted prints directly from our Gallery in Mammoth Lakes via UPS. All other products, including large matted prints, framed prints, canvasses, and metal prints will be shipped via Mammoth Business Essentials, unless you’ve chosen a non-standard shipping provider. Vern will personally provide all of the shipping details. There are shipping restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the full return shipping cost. You should expect to receive your refund within one week of returning your package.
