We spend an afternoon driving, stopping and looking along this famous road in Utah. It was a splendid time! Everywhere there were Aspens and Cottonwoods in full autumn splendor. In some canyons there were images to be had everywhere. A dumbfounding afternoon! This area along the highway and the famous eating establishment at the start are both astonishing. So if you get the chance, stop at the Hell's Backbone Grill and Farm in Boulder, Utah. The story of the farm and restaurant is so very special, and the food is spectacular too. The reputation is that this is the BEST restaurant in Utah!
