This is a well-know waterfall about halfway between Bend and Eugene in Oregon. I had just purchased my Canon Mark 2 weeks before, and was still a bit unsure of how to most take advantage of it's possibilities. I had known of spot for years, but had never made the time to make the very short hike up from the road. I must admit that my first efforts to print this capture in Photoshop were unsuccessful, but now after several years of using LightRoom, I am happy with result. I want to make the trip again; I am far more used to the idea of thinking with heart, and incorporating those ideas/feelings from the first capture, into Lightroom, and out to a final print.
