Prints: may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Workshops: If you must cancel, please call Vern right away. Cancelations are problematic with small workshops and can put a workshop at risk, but we understand life happens. We limit our enrollment to around eight students. People love the small classes because of the attention each participant receives and the amount of work that is accomplished. A cash refund will be provided only if we are able to fill your spot in the workshop. If we cannot fill your spot, you will receive credit which can be applied towards Vern's fine-art prints or towards any workshop within one year. A workshop could be canceled (and monies refunded) in the very unlikely event that enrollment has not been confirmed and paid in advance by at least six participants.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
We ship matted prints directly from the Gallery. All framed prints, metals prints, and canvases are shipped at Mammoth Business Essentials.
