We made a wonderful and long journey to the San Juan Mountains in Colorado in 2020. There were images to be captured, it seemed at every turn of the road or hiking. I am sure I will use these me story many times! Sorry! The autumn colors were just starting to change to yellows and reds across the Dallas Divide. We visited the Sneffells Range, the west and east Dallas Divide. Then and a long day trip to Telluride and the Lizard Head Pass. Later we camped on the south side of Red Mountain Pass, along the way to the pass were some of the most finest and most spectacular aspen I have ever photographed!. And then on to Molas Pass past Silverton. It was an amazing journey! Margaret and I both hope to visit the area once again. This particular capture was the Milky Way and the Yankee Boy Mine.
