I wish I had a great story for this image! Margaret and I had a hard time the night before at the Charcoal Kilns. I was tired and had a hard bike ride in the morning, but the Full Moon was rising over the Mesquite Dunes in Death Valley. It was not a great afternoon at the dunes because of the footprints. But the light was soft, and beautiful. I found this location, and was pleases with the results.
