Fern Canyon, along the Northern Coast

Fern Canyon is a famous location in Redwood National Park. And appropriately so. The Canyon is right of the coast, and lined with ferns and old growth redwoods. I was first there way back in 1990, and again with my kids in 2010. Both times were awful for the camera. But later in my career I knew Fern Canyon needed soft light. Maybe not this soft! The rain was coming buckets at a time. It you look closely you see the rain drops on the front of the lens. But two images worked out very well.
