Here is a new look at an old location for me! I tried this idea way back in 1978. And in those years, the result was actually excellent. My image then of was the setting Moon over Mount Ritter. I had always had the idea of the setting Moon over the Minarets. It tool me forty years to make the trip back at the appropriate light! Nevertheless, I am happy here, this capture was made with a borrowed 300MM F2.8 lens from Canon. I don't want to even say how much this lens costs. The 300mm is incredibly sharp edge to edge and does justice to the scene.
